2. Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or personalized 3D-printed items are non-refundable.
• Used or damaged products due to customer handling are not eligible for returns.

3. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days via the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Return Procedure
